This is a place where you will find plenty of ways to take care of yourself. First, by taking my online classes twice a week, you will define and sculpt your silhouette. Secondly, by downloading the summer video package, you will have the freedom to work out whenever, and wherever, you want. Finally, to support you in your well-being routine, I am sharing with you my tips to regain motivation, relax and feel good in your body and mind.
My aim? To make you want to exercise, at your own pace, without the hassle, but with tangible results.

The principle?
2 new lessons per week (Monday at 12:00 and Wednesday at 19:00) to find in replay and to follow when you want and as much as you want. The sessions vary all the time (alternating Pilates Booty, Pilates Power, Bodysculpt by Julie, Barre Fitness) in order to have stunning results on the silhouette. The idea? Tone up each area of the body and lighten up thanks to cardio training.
For who?
Everybody ! Whether you are an informed fit'girl, a Sunday sportswoman, a (future) mother or a working girl in a hurry ... Julie's classes are for everyone thanks to the options offered.
What do you need?
None if desired, except a groundsheet. But the ideal, to toughen up the exercises and progress quickly, is to afford a pair of dumbbells (1.5 kg minimum), a fabric elastic and a small yoga brick.
