The principle?
2 new lessons per week (Monday at 12:00 and Wednesday at 19:00) to find in replay and to follow when you want and as much as you want. The sessions vary all the time (alternating Pilates Booty, Pilates Power, Bodysculpt by Julie, Barre Fitness) in order to have stunning results on the silhouette. The idea? Tone up each area of the body and lighten up thanks to cardio training.

Everybody ! Whether you are an informed fit'girl, a Sunday sportswoman, a (future) mother or a working girl in a hurry ... Julie's classes are for everyone thanks to the options offered.
What do you need?
None if desired, except a groundsheet. But the ideal, to toughen up the exercises and progress quickly, is to afford a pair of dumbbells (1.5 kg minimum), a fabric elastic and a small yoga brick.
