What is it?
A highly comprehensive mix for a great silhouette: muscle building to tone the whole body (arms, back, legs, buttocks), Pilates to strengthen abs in depth, a touch of cardio training to burn as many calories as possible, and a hint of relaxation to finish the session.

FITNESS BAR
What is it?
A fun and exceptionally effective hybrid class inspired by ballet and fitness, to sculpt your ballerina silhouette. On the menu: specific movement routines that will give you thinner legs, glutes and abs workouts, short dance routines for cardio, and deep stretching exercises to loosen muscles and allow the body to become more flexible
For who?
Those who want to tone their figure while having fun, to improve their posture and (re) discover the grace of ballet. Please note, this course is accessible even to people who have never danced before!

BODYSCULPT BY JULIE
What is it?
Muscle reinforcement to strengthen each area of the body in depth (arms, back, butt, legs, abs) and cardio training to slim down and improve endurance. A fun, invigorating and highly effective combo.

Those who want to lose weight and tone up at the same time.

STRETCHING
What is it?
A Zen class to stretch all your muscles. This is inspired by intense stretching exercises used by dancers, culminating in 15 minutes of breathing and relaxation.
For who?
Those who want to relax, de-stress, (re) learn how to breathe and refocus.
