What is it?
A fun and exceptionally effective hybrid class inspired by ballet and fitness, to sculpt your ballerina silhouette. On the menu: specific movement routines that will give you thinner legs, glutes and abs workouts, short dance routines for cardio, and deep stretching exercises to loosen muscles and allow the body to become more flexible
Those who want to tone their figure while having fun, to improve their posture and (re) discover the grace of ballet. Please note, this course is accessible even to people who have never danced before!
Suitable for everybody, including pregnant women and those with knee and/or back pain.
